Brief
This project is a full-floor renovation for a prominent insurance company seeking to modernize its workspace while reinforcing brand values.
The client aimed to create a dynamic and collaborative environment that could accommodate both individual productivity and team synergy. A clean palette of red, white, and grey is used to reflect the company’s corporate identity, with touches of biophilic elements to humanize the corporate space.

Concept
The design concept emphasizes a dynamic balance between corporate professionalism and approachable energy. Using the company’s red and white branding as the foundation, the space is layered with clean lines, acoustic zoning, and biophilic accents to promote focus, wellness, and visual clarity. A mix of open and enclosed layouts supports both teamwork and individual work styles, while breakout areas and café zones encourage spontaneous interactions, reflecting a forward-thinking, people-centric workplace culture.
