About PHASE 22 DESIGN | Plaza Arkadia, Desa ParkCity Studio
Crafting interiors that live, breathe, and belong
At Phase22, we believe great spaces are more than just aesthetics, they shape the way people live, work, and connect. Since 2019, we've been creating thoughtful environments that respond to both the physical and emotional needs of the people who use them. Every space is carefully crafted to balance light, airflow, movement, and purpose, enhancing everyday living beyond appearance alone.
We specialize in bespoke solutions for both residential and commercial projects, infusing each space with a distinct identity that reflects its owner’s story. From sunlit living rooms to efficient workspaces with natural ventilation and flow, our designs are guided by a belief that interiors should not only look good, but feel alive.
Our process is deeply collaborative — we listen, we explore, and we design with purpose. With over 100 completed projects and a growing network of loyal clients, Phase22 has earned a reputation for delivering designs that are intelligent, intentional, and enduring.
Based in Malaysia, our reach now extends across borders — including Singapore and select overseas markets — where we continue to bring our signature blend of clarity, consistency, and craftsmanship to new environments. Whether you’re building a home, a retail space, or a regional flagship, we are your creative partner from concept to completion.
At the heart of our studio is a team of creatives and builders who are passionate about shaping spaces that belong — not to trends, but to people. We bring clarity, consistency, and craftsmanship to every stage of the design and renovation process, ensuring a smooth journey from concept to completion.

Studio Credentials & Planning Decisions
What distinguishes PHASE 22 DESIGN from conventional renovation contractors in Malaysia?
PHASE 22 DESIGN delivers end-to-end interior architecture pairing conceptual 3D design, custom joinery engineering, and dedicated on-site construction management under one roof. Unlike general contractors who build without holistic design guidance, our Plaza Arkadia team oversees space planning, MEP coordination, material curation, and daily site quality control with itemized cost transparency.
How long has PHASE 22 DESIGN operated and what is your track record?
Founded in 2019, PHASE 22 DESIGN has delivered more than 100 bespoke residential and commercial interior projects across Greater Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Singapore. Our portfolio spans luxury condominiums, multi-storey semi-detached houses, penthouses, and flagship commercial spaces, backed by a 4.9-star Google rating and enduring client trust.
Why does PHASE 22 DESIGN maintain its physical studio inside Plaza Arkadia?
Maintaining our physical design studio at Plaza Arkadia (D-3-07) places our team directly inside Desa ParkCity for immediate site inspections and swift management coordination. This local footprint allows clients to review physical material finishes, stone slabs, and carpentry mockups just minutes from their homes.
