Designed for a single professional male homeowner, this apartment serves as both a personal retreat and a multifunctional living space. The client emphasized his love for sunlight and clean, uncluttered environments — preferring natural finishes over ornate decoration, and valuing a home that feels calm, efficient, and grounded.
With a lifestyle that balances work-from-home productivity and relaxed solitude, the space needed to support both focus and downtime. The design direction leaned toward a contemporary, masculine tone — understated yet refined — where natural light becomes an essential design element, enhancing the spatial clarity and emotional warmth of the home.
The overall brief was to create a well-balanced environment that aligns with his independent lifestyle: minimalist, sun-filled, and thoughtfully composed with durable materials and timeless tones.

The layout merges dining, working, and living zones into a seamless flow, surrounded by large windows that invite ample natural light. Structural concrete beams are left exposed to add a raw, masculine tone, paired with soft leather seating and natural wood finishes for warmth. Track lighting runs throughout for flexibility. The bedroom continues the calm mood with clean built-ins and neutral hues, designed for a restful retreat.
