ABOUT
Brief
Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this city-center vacation home offers a rare blend of tropical calm and metropolitan access—complete with sweeping views of the iconic KLCC towers. Designed for a Singaporean woman who frequently visits Malaysia, the space serves as her personal hideaway above the city’s energy.
While the outside world moves quickly, the interiors are tuned for slowness and soul. Inspired by Southeast Asian textures and lifestyle, each corner is crafted to feel grounded and restorative. Whether she’s hosting close friends or simply unwinding alone, the home provides a balance of retreat and connection—right where the skyline meets stillness.

Execution
Rich wooden finishes and terracotta tones create an inviting palette, elevated by artful lighting and eclectic styling. The design celebrates contrast — clean-lined cabinetry beside ornate mirrors, retro rattan chairs under sculptural pendants. Layouts were kept open yet intimate, reflecting a lifestyle of slow living and soft edges.
