This compact condominium was designed for a single female homeowner seeking a space that balances elegance, individuality, and a subtle artistic flair. Every detail was tailored to her lifestyle — from the bold sculptural elements to the curvaceous architectural lines — creating a cohesive narrative throughout the home.
The spatial layout was carefully reworked to enhance flow and natural light, while the material palette gently anchors the space in warmth and comfort. This is not just a home, but a personal sanctuary that quietly reflects strength, femininity, and independence.

Concept
A refined interpretation of modern minimalism grounded in natural textures and sculptural expression. This private residence fuses neutral-toned architecture with statement décor and clean geometric planning, allowing materiality to take center stage. The essence of the project lies in contrast: between cool grey lacquered finishes and warm wooden inserts, between soft upholstery and solid volumes.
